Pretty much the best thing we have ever spent $ on...

As most of you know, we have talked about/dreamed about finishing our basement for quite some time now. Actually it has been since we bought our house 4 years ago, this is mainly because the prospect of doubling our house size (along with putting all three kids downstairs) was especially tantalizing. I actually started this project in the spring of 2006, Nick Jensen (our former neighbor) and I framed most of it then along with some other stuff but my drive and money eventually ran out...When i got back from LRO school last April we decided to have James Page construction finish it. Now after we have settled in, it has been one of the best things we have ever spent $ on!!! The sound of silence upstairs is priceless!
